6', 2/1 Paramount bait casting rod. The rod weighs 4.5 oz. The size 16 hard-drawn nickel silver ferrules were crafted by the late Paul Hightower. The rod has a straight cork grip with down-locking hardware reel seat. The guides are wrapped black and white jasper, tipped in black and gold silk thread which has ambered over time. Includes non original bag and original labeled aluminum tube. The finish has minor varnish chips.
