Rice’s Beige Tan Silk Wrapping Thread Size 00
The wooden spools contain 3/4 oz. of thread or approximately 1100 yards of size 00, silk tan/beige thread. This is the original Rice’s thread used on Wright and McGill bamboo rods including the Aristocrat model. This tan/beige was used by many bamboo rod builders. Use this thread on newly crafted rods or when restoring old bamboo fly rods. Michael Sinclair’s reference number is #27.
