6', 2/1 Preferred impregnated bait casting rod. rare, one of a kind. The rod weighs 4.5 oz. This rod was crafted in the early 1960s. The size 16 hard-drawn nickel silver ferrules were crafted by the late Paul Hightower. The rod has an off set detachable Phillipson bait casting handle anodized  butterscotch. The rod has gold plated guides. The guides are  wrapped burnished gold silk thread with a black trim wrap. Includes original vinyl bag. Mint, unfished condition. The original owner's name is on the rod.  This rod has never been fished and probably never had a reel mounted on it. sold
