7'6", 2/2 Pioneer rods were crafted and sold at Bob's Tackle, Denver, Colorado. Paul Hightower was the craftsman who built their rods. The blanks were crafted on Fred DeBell's bamboo fabrication equipment. The rod weight 3.4 oz. on our digital scale. It will cast a 5/6 line weight. Cigar cork grip. Down locking reel seat with zebra insert with aluminum hardware. Wright and McGill nickel silver ferrules sizes 10 and 15. The thread wraps are light brown with a trim wrap. The rod has never been fished. sold
