Full Wells cork grip with up-locking reel seat with zebra spacer. Includes original cloth bag and aluminum tube. The rod is in excellent condition with the following exceptions. One tip is perfect, the second tip has 2 repair wraps covering hook dings. See blue tape in image. The tube does not have a label. This is not a rare collectible Howells, but a great fishing rod. sold
