The wraps were green nylon tipped with black. Includes Phillipson cloth bag and partially labeled aluminum tube. Cane is sound, however, there are stains on the blank from rusted guides. The finish has been stripped. The rod is ready to wrap and finish. This would make a great winter project. sold
